From a religious sister in Haiti, 1-16-10
...all I am reading is about help coming. If it is here I haven't seen it. We need to get our (American) government more involved. Reporters were removed from Venezuela Embassy because some Haitians were in their group. Katrina is mild compared to this. Where is America's ability to get help to us? By the time it arrives, there will be monstrous problems as folks rush to get help. Please, please get our gov. involved . There are lots of supplies at the airport but we can't get them as we just heard it was closing to prepare for Hillary Clinton's coming!!!!!! Is this true? It is ridiculous
